Rosa was inspired by her mother to pursue a career in massage and physical therapy. She saw, as a young girl, the positive impact her mother had on her client’s health and well being and Rosa knew that she wanted to have the same positive impact on the world. Rosa studied to become a massage therapist at Carrington College in Portland and she added a chiropractic assistant license shortly after graduation. Rosa offers a variety of massage modalities including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Trigger Point Therapy.

Justin Harle, PT, MPT Justin Harle primarily grew up in New Mexico and moved to Oregon in high school. He is a licensed physical therapist and is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Sports Medicine, and after being inspired by working with a patient with quadriplegia, he went on to earn his Master of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University.

Justin’s goal is to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy the most and to prevent further injury with strength and flexibility training. He develops individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals using a variety of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques.

Born and raised in Oregon, Dr. Michael Simele is a board certified chiropractic sport physician (CCSP®), Functional Release (FR®) provider, and a corrective exercise specialist. He graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science. His love of exercise and health led him to Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Karena Stalnaker, an Oregon native, is a chiropractic physician raised in Newberg. She attended Oregon State University where she received her BS in Kinesiology in 2016. She has a background in sports medicine and rehabilitation, having worked in a physical therapy clinic before starting her education at University of Western States. From UWS she earned both her doctorate of chiropractic as well as an MS of sports medicine degree in 2021.
